Golden Rule: A rug that is too small visually shrinks the room. When in doubt — go bigger.

Step by Step
How to Measure Your Space

Map Out Your Furniture
Sketch your room and mark where each piece of furniture sits. Note which legs should be on the rug.

Use Tape to Test
Lay painter’s tape on the floor to simulate the rug size before buying. Walk around it to feel the proportions.

Measure the Rug Zone
Measure the taped area. Add 20–30 cm on each side if you want all furniture legs on the rug.
